Design/Build of a Custom Mobile Kitchen:
This project was the design and manufacture of a self-contained mobile kitchen. This kitchen included hot and cold running water from freshwater tanks, BBQ, rotisserie and hotplates, drinks fridge, cake display shelf, cappucino machine, 2 workbenches, onboard power generator, lighting, and stereo entertainment system. The kitchen included a grey water recovery tank, meeting all environmental and health requirements. The fully sealed stainless steel design enable quick washdown with a hot water gurney.
